Yeah that story has me rethinking my E92 want.

That’s ONE thing that seems to be stout in my E39 is the motor. While I’ve fixed or replaced almost everything else the motor seems to be the strongest part.

I was just admiring that yesterday. The clean exterior design and the rather elegant interior for that time period.

2000 gallons right behind your head and vague steering and shifting (vague shifting is saying it nicely- it was totally blind mans bluff down there).
Taught me how to drive smooth.
