Tire rack from Tire Rack

I'm considering getting this:

https://www.tirerack.com/accessories...TIRERACK_Qty=1

For a while, I've only had the LR4 winter tires, but I soon will have three sets. I have a wall-mounted rack, but the LR4 wheels/tires are so massive, I am not comfortable having that much weight up there, and it is also not comfortable or safe lifting such large, heavy item so high up. The plan is to use that rack for the smaller Miata winter wheel/tire setup, and getting the rolling rack for the LR4 & M3 sets. I like that it is on wheels too.

Thoughts?

It actually seems unnecessarily wide and I also have little use for the little bins on the side, but oh well.
