Right. No debt until the house is bought (and mortgage secured.) Otherwise leasing would be great. I'd take a chance on an X3 plug-in for sure. Might still chance one built after the purported battery debacle. November builds might be OK.

There’s a rumor than the next gen CX-5, or whatever it will be called, will be RWD-based AWD and offer a six cylinder. Sounds too good to be true, and may be conflating the plans for the Mazda 6...

Far less exciting than Clyde’s scoop. But, my perseveration is done as well:

End of year discount on a new 2021 Signature. Wow, these cars are loaded for the price—everything you could think of, it has, from heated seats front and rear to active cruise control, HUD, folding side mirrors, 3D camera, remote start, etc.

But, the best feature is that it’s spritely and fun to drive. Oh, and a spare tire as a matter of course.

You can really feel the torque (310 on regular gas/320 on premium) around town. Steering is surprisingly precise for a mid-range small SUV.

Just couldn’t justify another $25k for a BMW that is still an SUV. Save the bucks for sports cars.

Excellent. Seems very much like the right choice!
