Oh yeah, lemming: Weren't you the one applauding BMW for removing the Bungled trunklid on the 7 series? Didja not notice that they transplated that monstrosity onto the nouveau MFoot™ here? Ugh. This car makes me wonder what they're smoking over at BMW's design headquarters. Seriously.

good point and well taken.

my POV on the M coupe is that the z4 is so darn ugly that it does not take much to improve its looks (much like the z3 before it!). but i tend to agree with autowriters who have written that the m coupe is the rare instance where Bangle's design language seems to work. the only other car i think looks more decent than not is the M6 (m6 only, not the base 6).

i think it's better looking than my e36/8, for example. i'm totally mesmerized by the fact that it gets the 333hp (more than that, methinks) plus a nice modern rear suspension. it will positively scream out on the track. the z4s already do well, but this car will be phenomenal.

it would be nice if they could lose some weight, too because the hardtop should theoretically be lighter than motors that drive the 'vert roof. it never works that way, though.

i'd give up the V for this car. no question.

Looking at these again, I just realized how phallic this thing is.

It'll be like a big 'ol upside down cock-n-balls screaming down the highway.

The thing that's making me a little uncomfortable is how much I still like it.

Does that make me gay?

You need to ask Sausage Boy what he asked us to buy him for Christmas this year.

Honestly. While on his knees, he declared how awesome and useful it would be to own one.
