As long as you're ok with the 4-cylinder and auto, this is as good as a 3-series wagon spec gets. The track handling package makes a nice difference on the street as does the m-performance exhaust. To top it off, this is a nice color combo with EVERY option possible. Let's see where it ends up, it has to go to the 30's.

While you did catch my faint praise, the 8-speed with the 4-cyl is actually quite responsive. I drove it around the pseudo-auto-x that BMW had set up at Meadowlands. Below 50mph, it didn't feel noticeably slower than my own 320hp 6-cyl with 6-speed. Pretty peppy with no clutch wear, just set it to sport+ and mat it. Gearing and fast shifting help. I'm sure it's a different story on the highway.

That car was priced really high originally, did another CT dealer purchase it or is it the same dealer but BAT requires you remove it from other advertising sites so it is no longer on their website ?

If you "click" on the auction seller 1600veloce you will see all his past auctions. I'm guessing this person collects interesting rides at auction and is successfully flipping them via BAT. Just a guess, but I think many new car dealers take in trades, put them on their lot for a few weeks and if they don't sell send them off to "regular" auction. oops, should have just linked to the seller https://bringatrailer.com/member/1600veloce/

Maybe Sarafil can confirm or explain why I am wrong, but this 1600 dude has movd some interesting metal
