ZBB, how are you feeling?

In other news: I got reply today from my IDA (after a 7 day delay) and she says my delivery is delayed from Oct 16 to Oct 25. "But it may come sooner". And my Tesla account still shows Oct 16.

They're a mess. I just better get it before Jan 1.

Detailed video showing 0-60 runs with a model 3 performance, then replacing the stock 20's with 18's dropping 9 lbs per wheel.

Lowered the 0-60 from 3.20 to 3.12

The video made me realize 3mm spacers aren't so bad on this car.

A. They bring the wheen back out to where it's supposed to be anyway.

B. There are wheel studs so having spacers isn't such a pain in the ass. It just sits there.

It’s really something to drive. As you can see in the video, that performance comes with absolutely no drama. Less, I think, than even in the AWD Model S.

There’s no slippage, no noise, no suspension movement to speak of. It just digs and goes. My guess is that in real world there’s literally nothing that can keep up with it.

It’s neat.

The silent, effortless, instant torque was what made me say "I need this".

What are your thoughts on the steering after driving it for a while?

And suspension?

Suspension is still great. No complaints at all, perfect damping.

Steering is fine. The steering wheel is smaller than it has to be, and could use more feel, but it’s still a pretty nice setup.

I agree…

It would be interesting to see a side by side of the D and P. I was really liking mine.

(and no word from insurance yet on the damage estimate -- the body shop has submitted something, but its still in review).

Wow still no word? Ugh. You still thinking it'll be totaled?

How was the acceleration on the AWD? Folks in the forums are saying it's fairly zippy but it feels throttled off the line.
