Nearly $60K for a 2011 car. Unbelievable. That one looks a bit nicer than mine, my rear bumper cover has acquired a few "issues" from NYC parking garages. But I don't think I need a replacement yet.

I've never seen the warning below, however... looks like Paul Miller may have tipped their hand regarding an unresolved problem:

$59,900?

Are they really going for that much?

Will the release of the M2 bring these prices back to reality? Not that I am complaining. My E39 is holding out pretty well for an 11yo car.

Right becasuse you can get a new M2 for about the same price. Well a stripper version I hope.

I suppose the M2 could affect 1m prices, but the 1M is always going to have its rarity going for it that will help support prices. Just as there are plenty of newer BMWs that can outperform the Z8, they still hold their values. And its pretty much a given that the M2 won't be as raw or engaging to drive even though it wll surely generate better numbers. Personally, if I decide to spend 60k I might hold out for a 991--i'm in love with them.
