I mean maybe it is similar and maybe it isn't, I honestly can't say. That car was essentially new and the buyer paid 4K over MSRP for it, plus the buyer's premium and any taxes. The seller received basically what they paid for it (give or take, depending on how much tax evasion they did with their "Montana LLC").

For a "special edition" Porsche, it didn't seem like a totally unreasonable price.

It's weird, but under "optional equipment," it says 6-speed manual...

Not horrible given the currently market and your location. A $5k addendum is pretty much standard amongst the Euro dealers locally. Nevertheless, thumbs down…
