JST post your M2 review when you get to actually drive one. I only got to drive the N55 version so I am kind of curious to hear your thoughts on the S55 Comp.

I'm not sure I'll get to drive one, but if I do, I'll definitely post a review.

Though the more I think about it, the more I think a used M3 makes more sense.

Why, want the 4 doors? M2 comp sounds like it is more fun with the shorter wheelbase

That would be an interesting combo- the Model 3P plus a manual M3. 2 different takes on the sport sedan. Given some of the similarities, do you think you might end up comparing the M3 unfavorably to the Model 3 whenever you drive it? From your past posts, you've mentioned things that now annoy about performance ICE cars. Is an M3 special enough to the point where that wouldn't be a problem?

Yeah, the 4 doors are useful, as is the larger size.

Plus used M3s are...not cheap, exactly, but notably less than a new M2 Comp.

Comp package seems like a required option for the f80 based on all the reviews I have read

That's what I've read as well... Does the stock suspension, on an M3, really not allow putting power down? I'm not in love with those wheels either.

I’m sure the M3 could scratch that itch. Preowned is a good buy.
