Sorry about your buying experience. I think we have all had our share of mostly good but then some bad buying experiences. I hope in the end that your family got your mom the vehicle she wants. And it doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Not sure if the internet has made this transaction better or worse. Sometimes it feels worse, in pockets. Like they know the internet undermines their typical business model so at some franchises they try to maximize the screwing of the customer per transaction.
