I was in Herndon, Va. one weekday afternoon sitting at a stoplight at Spring and Herndon Parkway (heading northwest on Herndon Pkwy). Woke from thoughts to notice a silver 5 series wagon in front of me with a license plate of something like WTF RACNG

Who did I happen to be sitting behind?
