When I saw the thread title, I thought a new model was being announced, like an M wagon? Though it sounds more like the Buick Tour X.

I did this a few weeks ago - drove the X3 and M2. It was a pretty short loop around town, 15 minutes or so in each car. Not really a big loss if you can’t book a time in my opinion. I mostly did it to get an OL code but never got one which was annoying.

I just got an 11am slot at the dealer not more then 10 min from me on Sat for the M2 Conp. I’ve only driven the N55 M2 so far.

Great. Glad somebody got something out of it! I've also found with these events that there tend to be more opportunities when you're there (as folks may bail.) So maybe you have a shot at the new M5, just for fun...
