it's just the way the system is setup in Europe (as i understand it). not to mention exorbitant sales tax.

naturally, they are a lot more congested than we are in terms of roadways plus they have a socialist system to buttress plus they legislate behavior on a scale that makes our left wing look like laissez faire types.

driving is a privilege to me and i'll always pay to play.
