It seems the interior was swapped from gray to modena. I'm not a gray hater (loved it in my e46) so this actually puts me off (not that I'm actually shopping for it).

From dove gray? I actively avoided cars with dove interiors when I was shopping back in 2002. I didn't know modena existed, but I loved the all-black look that my car had. Anyway, I wanted Dakar Yellow and Modena would look terrible with that.
