You can go to tirerack.com and they'll tell you the rolling diameter for the two tires.

You could be correct.

No, I don't think those have different diameters. When you said you plus-sized your tires, I thought you meant diameter not width. Although I guess that would have been plus size wheel/tires.

Take the first number, divide by 25.4 (takes width in mm to width in inches)
Multiply by the aspect ratio (50 = .5, 55 = .55) to get wall height
multiply the height by 2 and add to the wheel diameter to get overall diameter
then multiply by PI. Rolling circumference in inches.

easy peezy.

Nope, assuming a 16" wheel the overall diameter is barely changed. At a true 65 mph your new speedometer reading would be 65.05.

90% yes on Saturday... still one or two things that could conceivably scuttle it for me, but those should go away shortly...

OEM tires are optimized for noise and fuel economy, for the most part.

The really funny thing is that we all scored bags, thanks to Mrs. Sharp11.

(Sure they were full of tootsie rolls and smarties, but still... )

I was supposed to hand Kamdog the "sugar-free" bag (the one he didn't want) as per his doctor's advice, but I made a mistake and handed him a highly sugary bag ...... my wife panicked and hoped I hadn't killed him

Btw, did you eat one of those larger tootsie rolls? The damned thing stuck to the inside top of my skull....

Your Mini looks great - that one shot Cara took of your car heading toward the gently sweeping right hand uphill turn is just great.

Maybe Equ can put it up.

This one? I was beginning to get tired of looking at mini a$$ all day, if it weren't for those double yellows.

Sadly, I went home and built one on miniusa... Pepper white, with JCW susp & tune, black center stripes, carbon intake, pepper white interior trim. I have lost my battle against minis.
