I think I mentioned that you suck when I first saw those. I have to reiterate - you suck. Massively.

The Angeles Crest highway (route 2?) was one of the best things about living out there. You could leave densely populated and smoggy LA and within minutes be high above the city where there was nothing but quietness, a light breeze and fresh air.
The drive up to Arrowhead Lake was a favorite of mine. Ed |

That just about says it all. Hmmmm... European delivery car bought from dealer in Oregon... drive to CA and then X-country road-trip back to Mass... hmmmm.... |

Now I'm depressed. We don't have anything remotely that cool around here.

I've driven parts of PCH twice and the only scenery I saw was the back of an RV.
Awesome pics though. I really need to try the Oregon/Washington part. Oh, and nice Miata. |

pics!
I was born and razed in Monterey, so I've done the southbound gig through Big Sur many a time. Just lovely early in the morning or late in the evening when little to no traffic is traversing on The 1. My 944 and '91 318is could literally sing aria's zinging down that stretch. The Bixby pic really made me homesick. You didn't do the Hearst Castle scene? Nice ride, too. 2k SE in Mahogany mica. Beautiful color and wonderful interior appointments as well. My friend has one just like it. True garage queen with a little more than 8k miles on it. What a waste! Good to see at least one person getting true enjoyment from it. Just out of curiousity how many miles did you put on it during that sojourn, and how many days did the entire junket entail? |

Very nice.
I would like to go to Oregon someday.
