The back seat is only 2 across on most of them too. I know I'm a broken record, but not sure why you wouldnt grab a 5 series for this application. It very much feels like this rabbit hole is going to lead you squarely into a taycan

Panamera?
I really like the idea of it but have never pursued given cost premium and lack of space inside compared to other large sedan options. Figured if goal is to get a big sedan, other options accomplish that at lower price and/or better space/luxury depending on what you prioritize (M550 or M5, E63, S class, S6…)

I would be on board for a Macan-sized five door. Panamera is too huge for my tastes. Maybe something between those two?

I don’t love the way the Taycan drives and the range is too short. Maybe the next gen? But not for the money they charge, at least not until more fast Charger options are available.

I really like the Panamera and did it consider at one time but it is just such a large car and the backseat and interior are so small .. it is just weird.
I wish Porsche made a car the size of the 4 series GC …. I would buy it in a second. |

Now that you mention it- i think I remember you saying that you thought the Taycan drove too much like the Panamera which you also didn't like.... Did you change your mind about re-visiting the Panamera?

Can you imagine how cramped it would be though? The panamera and taycan are both pretty tight inside consideirng their size... a 3/4 series sized Porsche sedan would probably have the interior space of a 911! . They're good at many things but interior packaging doesn't seem to be one of them
