Thanks guys!
I've agonized over the moonroof thing, but really, I just like having the hole up top. I decided to at least go with leather to minimize the unicorn factor. The MY2018 M3 seems to not only have benefited from inevitable manufacturing improvements but also suspension and other tweaks on the competition pkg. I'm banking on a highly memorable family trip experience. I hope that doesn't disappoint. |

The e90 market doesn't really seem relevant unless they put a 4cyl in the new one - or stop offering the manual transmission.

Plus I just did a search and 2011 E90's with 65k miles and unknown histories are over 30k. If I end up averaging 6k/year in depreciation after 6 years, I'd be ok with that. Mine is bound to have under 40k miles after 6 years. It doesn't matter though. It will be what it will be. |
