He has a subsequent video saying that Porsche confirmed there’s no difference in the cabins of the cars. Doesn’t explain why he couldn’t get comfortable in the 4 liter, but they should have the same legroom.

Love it. Looks great. It really is such a great car.

It sounds stupid, perhaps, but it is amazing how old-school it feels for being a new model.

Sure, it's not analog enough, it's still a bit heavy, 1st & 2nd are too tall, yadda, yadda. But it still feels like a throwback compared to other contemporary cars.

Personally, having the M5 just makes me love it more. Every time I go into the garage and see it I have a Kyle-like reaction on the inside. "God-dammit that's a sharp car!"

Yeah, all of that. Plus it’s one of the few powerful cars around anymore that doesn’t have some sort of turbo boost, making the throttle incredibly linear.

I put a wireless CarPlay adapter in mine and it works really really well.

At this point my main gripe is still the dumb electric e-brake; a normal lever would fit the analog sensibilities of the car so much better.

Yup. That e-ebrake is pretty terrible. And the reverse actuation is stupid too.

It’s been 18 months, so it’s not that quick. But yeah, I do drive it pretty regularly, and I don’t store it for winter.

Thanks for posting the follow up video. I could not watch the whole thing as it was a little torturous but I am wondering if it is the seats that made the difference unless they were the same seats

Seems right, though maybe I have Stockholm syndrome from the cupholders because I kind of like them.

The gripes about interior storage are weird, because I don’t really carry anything I want to put in the car other than my sunglasses, and the door pocket is perfect for those.
