I had been looking at the 997TTs also.

I just fell in love with this car. it's less than 30,000 miles. and while the price reflects the low miles, it's still super reasonable.

once I applied the subjective metric of (cost to buy)/(performance) it all collapsed onto the 996TTs. because they've basically fully depreciated and are rising again. not sure the 997TTs are there yet.
