Half tons are something like a thousand pounds lighter. C-channel frames and thinner steel. Looks like the dmax adds 1500lbs or so on top.

The extra weight might affect city fuel economy a bit but not highway.

Cool beans. Nothing like good value and clear, easy transaction.

Friend of a friend replacing her existing truck. Selling cheap stuff is usually easy and this was no exception

Congrats on the sale; my wife was also pretty interested in it for towing her horse short distances but her trailer needs a lot of work before it belongs on the road with an animal in it. I'm still afraid to get a real truck because it might make me do stupid things to my car if I knew I could trailer it places.

I've trailered stock cars all over the place. If nothing else, it's great for having a comfy place stocked with dry clothes and food.

Haha, I do it a little different, although I could put stuff in the Focus.

Just got back from an extended weekend in the NC mountains. Went to This place to watch idiots when the upper dam released water. Then we took a whitewater rafting trip a little down river from the Olympic site. (six to a raft + guide) helmets and lifejackets REQUIRED!
