Don't see these often anymore, but I approve of them. Click image for larger version

+1

We saw one on I-85 South in Greenville, SC last weekend with New Jersey tags. My son was fairly excited to see one in motion and gave the owner a thumbs up and in return he gave one back.

There's a guy in my office building with one.. He parks a few spots away with me -- and drives it about half the time...

I sort of saw a new corvette on a car carrier today.

After years of seeing plastic wrapped new cars in transit, was different to see a new car in transport with a thick, canvas, complete car cover

I saw a Mitsubishi Miev last night. Actually, I had the misfortune to get stuck behind one on the way home from the store. It was so slow the driver couldn't keep up with arterial speed limits.

And . . . it looks worse in person.

The Corvette should have donated it burlap bag to cover this thing up.

I really don't like the Smart cars but at least they have a sense of style in comparison.

Okay, that thing is hideous. But to say that the Smart is significantly better is laughable.

It has twice as many doors as a Smart, so it must be twice as good

.

There's a document courier service here in Phoenix that has some i-Miev, which is the electric version. They aren't sold here -- so guessing the courier company. I see them occasionally since they pull in front of our building to pick-up or drop-off docs at one or more of the law firms in the building... They look like a futuristic 4-door golf cart. And are not much faster -- I'm surprised they are road legal (although I guess it can hit 80, so is OK)...

Did you challenge it to an all electric drag race?
