Well, I think I'll do the sunroof seal before I put in on stands.

Why does it need to go back on stands?

There is some work that needs to be finished before it’s truly roadworthy.

But I’ve been 100% focused on getting it through emissions. The detailing work was stuff that I could do that posed zero risk of disabling the car while waiting for parts.

At this point, it’s largely minor stuff, but there are a few gaskets that want replacing, i’m not happy with the clutch hydraulics (low, slightly inconsistent pedal), replace some interior components, etc.

That ass.

Through emissions and back into the garage for the rest of my to do list... (Detailing the exterior was the part I could do with 100% confidence that I wouldn't accidentally disable the car while we had a 5-day registration.)

Current list, not in any particular order:
Sunroof seal
Replace one horn; replace horn ring in steering wheel (the whole honk on braking thing isn't ideal)
Replace oil tank sender gasket
Find out where the oil leak in the LF oil cooler is coming from
Tweak ride height (I'd like to bring it up a little); corner weight; align
Swap rear deck for one that isn't shrunken*
Detail interior
Swap clutch assist spring; replace clutch kinematic arm (it's a cheap part that's been revised many times - I'll already have the pedal box out); install MPL clutch slave
Investigate how often the brake pump is supposed to run - I have a suspicion that it runs a bit more than it should.
