I remember when the Mazda Miata debuted in 1989/1990 and dealers were charging (in Chicago area) $30,000 for the car that first year. The MSRP was around $15,000. The idiots who payed the $30k had a car that in 2 or 3 years was worth $10k.

I am taking This 2015 mustang out on a test drive on Wednesday while I wait for the Fusion's oil to be changed.

3K under MSRP.

I am becoming friends with one of the salesmen there, and he says he knows someone who wants a V8 quattro Audi

I think I would rather have Recaro's though

Interested to hear how it compares. I bet the Mustang feels like a torque monster next to the Audi, but the real question is how is the refinement?

yeah, and a few weeks ago, in Hawaii, I rented a POS 2014 mustang convertible. (rental, so bone stock) I'm sure this will be a much better ride.

Forecast is for heavy rain on Wednesday

More reasonable price too, $45k for the previous one was a bit much to swallow

Guys in service finished the Fusion before the sales guys showed up so didn't drive the Mustang.

An enclosed trailer delivered 2 2015 Roush RS models while I was waiting. Very sharp looking, but both were 2 pedal autotragic.

You should have broken something else on the Fusion to delay things until the sales guy showed up.

Well, one of the paddle shift buttons on the steering wheel failed on the way home. I doubt Jutta uses them, or even knows what they are for
