Who do I talk to about submitting an idea for the next MD plate?

Not exactly a finished product, but a concept:

I hadn't seen one of those yet. Is this the standard issue plate for MD now? That really is horrible...

Yup.

The previous standard plate, that was issued for roughly 20 years up until a year ago or so, was this one:

We've still got our mismatched typographical nightmare.

Awful. Just awful.

We have the 1812 plate on the Abarth. I don't mind it.

As for the front tag, what front tag? Only the JGC has one of those.

As for torque steer, in the Abarth I noticed it on test drives, but only when getting on it hard with the wheel turned. But not in a fairly straight line. Others report very bad TS.

I've seen that and always thought it was a classy and understated plate (especially those without the .gov address listed on it -- I'm glad AZ doesn't do that).

For reference, here's the stock AZ plate:

AZ has a bunch of various plate options -- the full menu is here:
http://www.azdot.gov/mvd/vehicle/mvdplate.asp

I currently have the AZ centennial plate on my car, and previously had the Arizona Highways plate. The special plates cost an extra $25 per year and there is no extra charge to swap them out -- so I'll probably change the plate again when the registration is up next month. I haven't decided which one yet, but probably will go with my MBA school plate (which came out about 9 months ago and is pretty rare so far -- I've only seen one). Here are those:
