Wow.

Anyone else notice the cone filter peeking out from under the hood? I wonder if this was the result of idiotic driving, not that it makes the loss of life any cheaper.

If it was (and I kind of hope that it was), then it looks like the car impacted the tree at the perfect location. I don't see how the driver could have survived that.

The only troubling thing is that this was once a family hauler, even if it was a bit of a hot rod. I don't want to know how much family this car was hauling at the time. Can't find any evidence of child seats, at least.
