Snow tires

I just took mine off last week. Did I win the contest for laziest wheel/tire changer?

And the worst part is: I only changed them because I had to have the car inspected and they were so bald it wouldn't have passed with them.

And while changing them, I dropped a tire and it hit the painted plastic side trim along the bottom of the car and ripped it off. FAIL. It's mostly back on but one clip is broken so now it sorta flaps a bit. Sigh.

Time to revoke my mudgeons card.

I've never changed my tires because of a season change. Does that make me more lazy?

Sounds about right for a day in my garage.

Yep. I think I've successfully avoided talking about the time I ran my car into our patio table trying to do a snow tire change. Fortunately the scratches are sort of subtle.

Or cheap, in our case.

There was the day when I R&R'd a transmission three times because apparently I really didn't want to install a throwout bearing...

I think the longest I went was June. By then, I was sick enough of the squishy ride to finally pull the all-seasons and jackstands up from my basement. Or, I was sick of studying, which may have been the bigger deciding factor at the time.
