Now my battery is dead in the M3

So I had to take the Saab again today.

Granted it was very cold this morning (and I know that was a factor) but it's almsot like my car is trying to tell me to sell it. First the power steering pump, now the battery. All in the same week.

The same week I dreamt I sold it.

Didn't you post something about your battery on the Fest a while back? Or did I mistaken someone's post...

Just curious, when was the last time you replaced your batt?

the battery in my M3 was replaced the day I bought it. It was nearly dead when I test drove it.

If you sell the M3, you might enjoy an e39 M5.

Yes. The battery in our '99 323iC crapped out early last year.

AFAIK, this is the original battery for my '98 M3, so I guess it was due to fail.

Unfortunately, the MCS will never be fast enough for me now that I've owned the M3. Power is addictive.

No matter how well the MCS handles, I would still miss the power.

I saw an all black one yesterday in town that looked SWEET. If I were buying one for myself, I'd definitely go totally black exterior with the dark cloth interior.

Also, just an FYI, the Sports package has nothing to do with suspension upgrades on the MCS, so don't get it--the wheels that come with the SP are the heaviest stock wheels.

The coolest thing about the MINI---especially for someone like you and your wife--is that almost everything is available a la carte.

You even get MANUAL AC controls as standard.
