I typically run the Michelin Cross Terrains (2x) on the 4Runner, but those have been discontinued.

My folks have the Conti Extreme Contact DWS waiting to go on their X5 to replace the factory run craps. The reviews on Tirerack for the DWS are pretty favorable.

I have the Michelin LTX M+S on the Pilot and they are great tires. I recommend the LTX M/S2. I switch out to Blizzak DMV-1 winters for the snow but have run the LTX M+S are great for everything else.
