I saw this. It makes my 41k miles lag sec blue m3 at a little over the half-price a screaming deal. I get it only 700 s54 shoe cars, blah blah... But they are hideous.

I'm still wavering.

I'd like to have AWD this winter. I would prefer manual but I can't make it a requirement anymore. Like FC, I might be looking for clearance. Did minor damage to both the TDI (now turned in) and the 535i parking on ice piles. Did $500 of damage to the 335xi that I had to get painted. The S4 luckily escaped unscathed.

Despite all that, with a higher AWD car not been found, this caught my interest:

Noticed there are no cats on these v8 audis (not on the BaT S8 nor on the S4 avant). That's kind of a no-go for me. Is that a signal that the cat went bad or hiding some other issues? Or they wanted 10 more hp?

yeah I was looking at that, sweet car. They changed the timing chain which is good since I think was the big issue with the V8. I assumed they removed the cats for performance.

I've always lusted after those. I've read the steering sucked, and that's kept me away. But I'd love to drive one some day.

I will be surprised if it breaks $18k with that many miles. I miss my old one sometimes. They are truly great cars

MY FAVORITE M5 color. I've had almost all that listed work done as well. Lol

You get used to the steering after awhile.

Jesus did it live on gravel rodes.

woo hoo, works properly again. Guess replacing the battery loses the sunroof one touch functionality so you have to help it re-learn Hadn't noticed it got messed up since I never used it with the roof racks.
