Maybe they're too tired to message the risks after creating them and foisting them upon us all?

Without Tesla, douchebag is just a douchebag instead of a douchebag pointing a loaded automatic weapon at a crowd.

Will Tesla sell you a car looking this ridiculous or do you have to mod it?

I assume it's a partial wrap.

I saw a model X in a bright green color the other day and was kind of shocked. Had never seen a Tesla in a bright color before.

I see quite a few wrapped Teslas these days. Assume because there are so few color options from the factory.

I saw a Polestar in a really cool color the other day and was impressed, but it turns out it was a wrap and Polestar's actual color palette is more subdued than a Banana Republic khaki rack.

Yep... That looks like a wrap. The red looks like Tesla's stock red. That silver looks like it has a matte finish and is likely the wrap.

Wondering if the person needed the car before it could be finished and it needs to go back in?

I've also seen Teslas wrapped in bright colors. Talked to a guy that wrapped his early Model S in chrome (saw it a couple times around Phoenix), then decided it was too bright and went with orange

I'm really impressed with the people that splash out the extra money for red and then cover it up with grey.

That actually makes a lot of sense. Surely they don't want it to look like this permanently.
