Yes, but they are the kids if my father's sister. Neither my father or his sister are alive today, and their relationship was never a strong one, so we cousins were never very close.
I did see the one who owned the Porsche about 8 years ago. (he only kept it for about 3 years) He took us out for a day on his boat near Port Townsend WA shortly after we moved to Monroe WA

I think this represented quality and luxury unobtanium for a lot of us back in the day. I had a friend whose mom had one of those. And I thought, this is a rich people’s car. So different from the vinyl econoboxes my family had. And, yet, we were still privileged by comparison to most. |
