Yep... and I just got a "Check Coolant Level" message this morning. Just 4 days after picking up the car from the power steering rack replacement

I haven't checked it physically yet (message came on when I turned the car off after my commute). The temp guage was fine, so I'll check it before heading to lunch and may stop in at the dealer near me to see if they can top it off...

Hopefully it isn't the radiator...

My first check coolant light was thermostat housing. That part was covered by the warranty. The belts that the leaking coolant ruined were not.
