I spent a good deal of time looking it over. The fit and finish is as impeccable as described. The wheels looked great. The interior smelled intoxicating. I have to say, though, I didn't like the basket weave and rivets inside.

It's the Amp Meter on a 1930s Detroit Electric.... 6 12V batteries in the trunk. 17mph and something like 21 miles of range

sad that the stig is driving a TT vert, might as well drive a beetle vert.

You'd be surprised at the number of "professionals" who drive boring cars and SUV's with automatic transmissions - I suppose when you get to drive many cars of many types at high speeds in controlled conditions, what you drive on public roads takes on a different set of requirements ...

I loved that scene in "Rush" where Lauda explains how dumb it would be to drive fast in the borrowed econobox. (Then drives fast because the girl asks him to).

I finally saw that movie the other night at a friends house. Definitely appreciated all aspects of the scene.

Not sure who stig is but there is no comparison between a beetle and a tt
