I've been passed by F and P-cars in similar fashion when on the Autobahn, although usually in a 3-lane section (the 2-lane sections like that video get too clogged up to be able to go that fast in the left lane).

For reference -- they appear to be going 150kpm == ~90MPH. I'd guess the Z06 was doing 250 or so...

I got passed like that when i was in the rental 1 Series hatch last summer. No idea what car it was but it was fast and red. Don't think it was an F-car, though.

And to think, I was about to move into the left lane to get around slower traffic when I noticed a red dot in my sideview mirror. I hadn't gotten out of my own lane but had nonetheless swerved back to the right to re-center.
