Thanks!

I have to hope the LCI later this year doesn't inspire too much regret--financial or otherwise. But, the plan is to hold this for the long haul, and we get to start enjoying it before the summer becomes intolerable here.

If Rumatt is still contemplating the M2, I'd definitely hold out for the LCI, as it will likely also mean a power bump for that car among other changes.

Beautiful, congrats. Modern steering feel is different for all cars. From a non-M e46 or a 987, point of view, no modern volume car measures up. Even the e46 m3 is not as feelsome, and the electric rack of the 981 is what it is. I wouldn't worry about it.

Sweet, glad your son is digging it. It is always a good day when I pick up Nate at school in our 1er and he brings one of his friends over to check it out.

That's great. My daughter just complained to me last night that my 1M is too loud. And she hates having to climb into the back seat and wishes it was a four door.

Oh well, so she's not a 'mudgeon.

How old is she now? My 12yo girl has not complained about the 2-door and the rear space in the 135.

Yet.

Looks like you're going to have to sell it to me.

Maybe in two or three years, after my daughter's driving herself and I figure out what 911 to buy.

You better offer it to him now so he has plenty of time to rumattinate.
