Just found this book/brochure that Porsche dealers were giving away on the GTS 4.0; it’s cool but kind of weird that they did this.

It’s a great value proposition.

I’d totally do it……if I wasn’t so smitten with the notion of overpaying for the 911 version of the GTS.

I have a 911 equivalent of that book. Got it from the LA auto show when I went with PCA

Has anyone crossed shopped the Evora GT?

Supercharged Toyota V6 and a manual.

Every review gushes over it.

Savagegeese reviews remind me of the old SNL Schweddy Balls sketch with Molly Shannon. Those two are annoyingly anodyne.

Anyway the Evora did cross my mind a few years ago but I had no idea they were in production through 2021. The Toyota V6 is a major turnoff - I find the sound of V6s to be a bit uninteresting.

Hate to say but I like them, just give details instead of trying to be funny like other yt reviewers. I do watch the other ones, throttle house is one example

Seems awesome. But I worry about the Lotus part. Also, not a drop top. Still, seems like an amazing car.

Every Youtube vehicle review is annoying in some way.

Where did I I post this before???

Technical - Savagegeese
Funny - Throttle House
Drag race specs - CARWOW

Those are really the only three I tend to watch.

John V - Go to the driving impressions part of the Savagegeese YouTube I posted. I have NEVER heard a Toyota sound better!!

It would be AMAZING in a Porsche 914 kind of way if the Evora had a targa top. It has the perfect shape for it.
