It wasn't a GS (which didn't come out until 1996). It was a convertible, if I remember correctly. And they more than once referred to it as a ZR-1 in the show, which it obviously was not.

"Steve" had a couple different C4s and at least 1 C5, all verts with 1 of two tags:"I8A 4RE" or "I8A4RE". IIRC, there were a couple black ones, and at least one each in silver, gray, and blue.

Shannen Dougherty wrecked one of them.

Over the course of the series, there were quite a few interesting cars.

You have no idea how embarrassed I am to know this stuff, but my wife, brother and I started watching this show religiously at some point. Never referred to it by name, only as “the show.”

What was really funny was how my wife’s younger sisters (who were high school aged at the time) took it so seriously where we were watching it for total amusement.
