Seattle Area - LeMay Family Collection

Looks like my 2800CS is getting to be a popular 'show car'....

Earlier I was asked to take part in the Grand Opening of BMW's new Facility. That was fun.

Now - The Marymount location of the LeMay Collection is having the BMWCCA present a few cars for the month of May....

My E9 has been asked to take part in that activity. There is a 2002Turbo, E24, E30 race car and couple of others that I can't remember.... But this is a pretty neat deal....

So - anyone in the Seattle area - during May..... You should go over and take a look..... SERIOUSLY -
This place is worth a day to look around regardless... I had forgotten how impressive it is.

I'll post pics and let you know how it goes....

Adios

Very cool. Thanks for the tip, Kevin.

I heard about the LeMay collection and their plans for a museum of some kind but I never heard if it was open to the public yet. Sounds like it is.

No - This is not the museum near the Tacoma Dome...

This is the original collection (and old school grounds) that house the hundreds of cars that the museum got their collection from.

If you've never been there - It is a MUST SEE.

I'll be dropping the car off April 27. If anyone wants to go after that (through May 25) - Let me know - they have a discount available.
