To add to that, if I had to choose between a high strung Ford V8 or a Chevy small block, I’d go with the LT1 motor.

I don’t trust Ford to execute to the nth degree in basically a racing motor for the street. Vibration is an ailment here, no?

Whereas the LT1 is pretty solid.
