I see that 4 or 5 times on each of my trips to china. Usually about 3 of the 5 make it safely to where they are going without incident. It is unbelievably scary being a passenger driven around in the industrial areas of that country. I've seen so many accidents there. They range from the entertaining little box truck filled with water and fish (actually in the box area of the truck, door was welded shut and the roof cut off) flip over from having too much weight and seeing the live fish flopping all over the road, to the gruesome woman crossing the road get hit head on by a micro car.

Driving in Lima is insane. About as insane as you can imagine for a Western country. But nothing compares to the Far East. I was lucky that I switched jobs before I got assigned a project that would have been manufactured in China, but the stories I heard were outrageous. Just making it to the facility from the airport alive seemed like a feat.

I was going to say that this must've been captured on film on a FL highway. But then noticed that there are people driving in the right lane, so it can't be FL.
