I've spent some $$ on repairs for sure. I've been bracing for window regulators or sunroof issues but none yet

I think the E46 inherited that issue from the E39. I have done three out of the four.

I had my 330i for 7 years and never had a regulator die on me. Sunroof, yes.

Our 325xiT didn't have the window thing either. Seems like the coupes were more fragile in that regard.

It’s my daily driver.

I average about 9700 miles a year. Work is only 31 miles round-trip. When we take long road trips, we leave our cars at home and use rental cars to prevent accumulating miles. Plus, it’s fun to rent and drive different cars.
