I mean, you might get lucky, but Its hard for me to imagine any well-sorted 993 going for less than 50 these days.

There's this one: https://www.porscheofarlington.com/d...hicleNumValXS=

Silver is the worst color and those wheels are blah, but the mileage is pretty low.

P car prices for any 911 (minus the 996 - But starting to increase) are just stupid. WHY anyone would pay that kind of money when there are other cars out there that deliver as good or better performance for the same or way less money is beyond me. I mean sure they drive great and they look fantastic but what you get for the dollars spent is just dumb.

I predict a last minute bidding war on this 308. It's that clean.

http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1983-ferrari-308-qv-2/

Its at $60 now. Any predictions on final price? I say $85.

Edit: Reserve not met a $66. I bet its closer to $80.

Odd they swapped in a wood shift knob

993 turbo is probably my favorite look wise 911. Prefer a earlier turbo for widow making RWD though.

Love this Cuda. 71's were very good looking. My sisters BF back in like 79 had one like it. I like the small block and 4-spd.

http://bringatrailer.com/2016/09/01/...da-3404-speed/

I still cant get over the fact that when I was in HS in the early mid 80's these could be had for like $2000 dollars.

My first three cars growing up were muscle cars. All bought super cheap.

I think that's why I have had my M5 so long. It a big, heavy, manual V8. Reminds me of those cars with way better everything else.

Completely forgot just how desperately I wanted one of these when I was a kid. Must. Not. Do. Something Impulsive.

Ever ride one? A friend/girlfriend (it was complicated) had one when we were 18 or 19. It was interesting to putter around the neighborhood. For about 5 minutes. She thought it was cute. Mostly, it seemed like a great way to get hurt without offering much of use compared to a more comfortable and not much slower moped.

I was quite a bit younger when I experienced one of these - like 12'ish. It was a freaking "crotch-rocket" for kids, what's not to love.

edit:
For perspective, I was riding one of these at the time. The YSR would have been more fun on the roads to get to friends houses and such:
