We also had one but a jade green inside and out without the wood. Well unless that’s the ford version. We had a Mercury Me and my sisters would roll around in the very back no seatbelts no car seats nadda. Ahhh the ancient times.

Any thoughts on this?

Obvious downsides are, well, X1. But beyond that, older I-drive; no HK stereo; fixed rear seat; stupid 19-inch wheels/summer tires (I think); high-ish miles; somewhat early in the production cycle of the latest model.

Pluses:
Rare M Sport suspension
Great color combo (although Oyster gets dirty)
All around fine specs, otherwise.

Confused on “fixed rear seat” - they all have folding rear seats

Also 36k miles on a 3 year old car seems pretty reasonable for mileage

There's an option for rear seat adjustment/recline and key fob release, apparently. People like it, because you can adjust for either more leg room or more cargo space. Certainly not a deal breaker, given its other options.

My ideas of low mileage are skewed. My 2017 2 has less than 14k miles...

Gotcha. I thought you meant fold down.

On the X1 does the adjustment move the entire back seat forward or just the angle of the backrest? I remember the feature on MINIs that would adjust only seat back angle and it wasn’t super useful - basically gave you the option for an adjustment to seat back angle that would be really uncomfortable for anyone to actually sit in, so at that point why don’t you just fold the seat down entirely?

They do slide forward/back, but I think it might be optional. I will say that my the rear seats of my mom's x1 felt roomier than our X3. Benefits of FWD packaging i suppose. The downside is that they are quite firm.

It does both adjustments, from what I understand.

Looks like it is. Saved from myself!

I really don't want old nav and base stereo. Sigh.
