It's been GREAT. A FAR better city car than the RX-8. Even though the suspension and wheelbase make for a stiffer overall package, it actually seems to handle the rough stuff a little better. And the low end twist of the motor is extremely helpful in making quick decisions in sub-optimal gears, etc.

I'm really loving this car. I think it's a far better fit for my daily routine, in many, many ways. Torque steer notwithstanding.

what's wrong with this picture when you say low end twist referring to a MINI?

Great to hear, man. The final clincher will be to find out what kind of MPG you're getting once the engine is broken in. I'll bet it's a little better than the RX-8...

I haven't had the opportunity to take pics in daylight yet. I will this weekend. It's dirty already though.

My first tank averaged over 29 mpg.

Well, it's no CTS-V, but compared to the 8 it's a stump-puller.
