Cool.
Price seems high given the paint quality. And no sport seats! |

I've been sick lately (month-long nasty cold) and then out of town for a race, but I got back to working on this again. First step was moving about 20 boxes of parts from the house to the garage.
What do 120,000-mile+ plugs look like compared to new? I like the Z4M front control arm bushings (BMW got a few things right with that car), they give you a little more caster which is nice on a street car. New control arms up front and new tie rods as well. New Z4 RTABs pressed in Getting the exhaust off was a pain, because like every E46 driven in cold climates the header bolts were completely seized / rusted. So, despite penetrating oil for days and lots of heat, they all snapped off. Fun fun. Next to come out is the differential for an LSD swap and to pull the transmission to do a clutch, flywheels, new shifter bushings, etc. Rear Koni FSDs are in. Matt bought a rear ARB to complement the big H&R he has had up front since forever. |
