Nice car, but the included options are weird and this thing sold for $143k when it was new? Yikes. I kind of hate brown interiors but I don't hate that. The rear view of the Spyder is still not to my taste.

Hard for me to imagine the Spyder with a luxo configuration. It's a little too hard edged for that, IMO. I've felt the same way about Paganis being so fancy inside.

Think people raised a good question. Has anyone online or here driven the 4.0 718 back to back with the 4.0 911?

I don’t think I’ll get to it anytime soon, personally

What Dan said on 000. It’s a coffee table quarterly Porsche magazine and the editors worked with Porsche to come up with a set of pre-approved options through the special wishes department. The idea was to harken back to the Carrera GT with the Ascot Brown interior.

I don’t subscribe to the magazine and the people ordering these cars definitely have more money than sense. But it’s a nice looking package and I appreciate that it exists, just from a “isn’t it neat that cool things are out there” perspective.

There is one for sale or benig delivered in Toronto w/ Ascot Brown interior that I saw online. It was stunning.

The 000 model is the one that was discussed in Brewster Green a couple weeks ago. I think the Ascot is awesome in the spyder.

Not sure I’ve seen this color on a G body 911 before. Or anywhere?

Lagoon Green metallic.

That's a really subtle green. It reminds me a bit of my Electric Silver V70R.

Yep. Or my Mineral Green X5 (although it’s probably a little greener than both of the previous examples).
