Ha. Too many blue cars, though if they offered an electric blue I'd have to get it.

I like red.Click image for larger version

I have the steel springs on my car and really can't tell the difference from the air suspension, but then again, there was 2 months between my test drives (which were all on air suspension) and delivery of my car.

As for range anxiety, just look at your typical driving, plus your common road trips. There should be absolutely no anxiety in typical driving, but take a look at all the public chargers (plugshare.com or recargo.com have good maps) -- you'd be surprised how common they are. I've used 3 public chargers so far, mostly to try them out. But it is surreal to drive someplace that is ~30-40 miles away, plug in real quick, and come back to the car 2-3 hours later with more range remaining than when I had when I left the house. At the same time, I didn't need to plug in either -- had plenty of range to get home.

For road trips, go check Tesla's Supercharger map. They now have 16 stations open -- and have added stations in FL and WA in the last week. Move the slider to "Winter 2013" and I think you'll be covered -- so even if they are running a couple months behind schedule on getting them all installed, you'll still be able to do a road trip by next summer. We may attempt a road trip from AZ to BC in December if they have the "Fall 2013" SCs in place by early Nov -- 1700 miles!

+1. Looks even better in person too.

It didn't enter production until March, so I didn't see one until after I ordered mine. I probably would have gone with the red instead (but I still really like it in white too...).

i think i would forget to charge the car, get stuck in traffic, and worry like hell.

and after one day of that, i'd shy away from the car again.

it's all i can do some weeks to remember to gas up the cars on the weekend for the week. if i had to remember to plugin daily, i'd totally blow it.

Doing it daily shouldn't be that hard, should it? It's just getting into the habit, right?

Doing it evey other day or every third day? That would be tough.
