OT, but still wheel/tire related. I had one of the local Discount Tire stores get me the needed PS4S for the “19 Carrera Classic wheels I recently picked up. This past Thursday I ordered the more expensive Huf TPMS from TPMS Direct. They arrived from California today and naturally they sent me the cheaper Huf IntelliSens $33 ea vs $70 ea. Ripped me off nearly $150.00.
Ugh that sucks!!

I can’t wait to see them on the car. =)

What's the scoop with the 135i. Are you trading it in on the M240i or selling it via some other method?

I’ll probably just trade it

Yes, I will be relinquishing the keys to the R32 probably via Carvana or one of the other outlets once the new horseless carriage arrives. I will probably give the local VW dealer first dibs as long as the price is in the ballpark of the highest offer.

Our next house I hope will have garage space for 4 cars so I don't have to go through the pains of separation again. The next house after that must house 5 cars, and so on and so on.

I would be happy with a 3 car garage and a lift in bay 3 to make it a four car garage. Homes here with three car garages are now beginning at $1.1-1.2M. I have been househunting for the past year with no luck. I have seen several homes I have liked starting at $1.5M *edit: fyi, these were previously $850-$1M homes. lol: For the time being I am going to have to have one of the two garage doors converted to 20 inch radius track to pull the door closer to the ceiling and have a four post lift install. Per the various quotes I have received total will be $7500 +/-

Edit: For a million plus home I much prefer relocating to the South Carolina coast. I refuse to spend that kind of money in Knoxville as it would only anchor me further into a city I so desperately want to leave.

Carolina Coast is lovely. But climate change will not be kind to it.

Reading threads like this makes me realize how behind I am in understanding all of the technology and features that have been added in the last 10 years

https://g42.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1928714

an app will tell me what my tire pressures are?

Quote:
If you don’t drive, or open a car door, for a couple days the app will only report the status from a couple days ago when it was last driven.

For example I haven’t driven in the last couple days but opened the door yesterday afternoon. The app reports the status from when I opened the door yesterday not today when I opened the app.
I have a lot to learn here
