BMW: "Mobility needs"? WTF

I recently paid off the M3 and I just got an email from BMWFS with a very brief survey. Upon finishing it, I get a screen with this message:

Thank you for your time and feedback.
We look forward to assisting you regarding your mobility needs in the future.

That's a lame thing to say. It feels like something an electric scooter company should say.

ha yep. The word "mobility" doesn't have the best connotations especially when you're still selling high performance cars.

Thanks. Sure, it always feels nice to pay off a loan.

I didn't want to have an outstanding loan on the M3 and the GTI. They were about the same amount, so we basically traded a ~2.5 year loan at 1.9% for a 5 year loan at 0.9% for about half the monthly payment.
